How it works
Step 1.
Pick-Up your LifePass.
Within each of our partner resorts there are several LifePass pickup points where you can rent one or more LifePass for up to 7 days.
Simply visit one of these pickup points when you arrive and the staff will happily assist you with your rental.
Step 2.
Register & explore the slopes.
Complete the simple registration with no setup required on the LifePass web app and stay connected during your whole time on the slopes.
All you have to do now is simply put LifePass in your ski pass pocket and enjoy the slopes.
Step 3.
Use LifePass if you need it.
If you run into difficulty on the slopes, use the the SOS button and help will be on their way.
This is for emergency SOS situations only!
Step 4.
Return your LifePass.
At the end of your time on the slopes simply return your LifePass to the same location from where you picked it up.
We will take care of the rest, to enable another family to enjoy the benefits of LifePass.
